Just FYI. In the Monroe County OHGen Web there is a posting of an Anna(Hubacher) Baumgartner who was married to a Benedict Baumgartner of Monroe County. She died about Jan 19, 1911 just east of Vera Cruz, IN. Just a quick synopsis if the reading; Born in Germany in December of 1822 and was married the first time there to Mechiah Aschleman and had 5? children.
Her second marriage was to Benedict and moved to Wells County, IN over 43 years ago. From this marriage they appeared to have 6 children. She had no brothers or sisters. The funeral and interment was held at the Christian Apostolic Church near Vera Cruz.Benedicht married Anna Hauert on 20 Aug 1824. Anna (daughter of Peter Hauert and Barbara Hodler) was born on 2 Jun 1805 in Gurzelen, Bern, Switzerland; died about 1855 in Sardis, Monroe County, OH. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
